The season opener for the UCI BMX Supercross World Cup tour was held this past weekend at the Sport Center Papendal. The Chase Factory Pro team was in full attendance with Joris Daudet, Connor Fields, and Romain Mahieu all looking to make their way into the main events.
The USA BMX Pro Series continued this past weekend in Pflugerville, Texas for the Lone Star Nationals. Both Connor and Joris would be racing the Lone Star Nationals aboard their new Chase ACT 1.0 Carbon frames for the first time, and they seemed to love the feel of the new Chase frames on track! Connor Fields back on top with a win, while Joris Daudet continues his consistent season with two 2nd place finishes.
What a great season this was for Joris, as he not only backed up his 2015 USA BMX Pro #1 title, but added the UCI BMX World Championship to his now 2nd USA BMX Pro Championship. With 7 wins this season, this was Joris most successful USA BMX race season to date.
After a great season with meltable wins on the USA BMX Pro Series tour and some great results on the UCI BMX Supercross season, Joris Daudet wins the biggest race of the season (so far) at the 2016 UCI BMX World Championships.
