For the first time in many many years, USA BMX held a Pro Series National in Los Angeles area in the City of Industry and the SoCal Nationals made a splash for BMX in SoCal. Unfortunately with a UCI BMX World Cup in France scheduled the same time, Joris Daudet had to miss this monumental event, but the current USA BMX #1 Vet Pro Barry Nobles did not miss this great race. Barry loaded up his Mercedes Sprinter van with his bikes, his wife and daughter, and the spirt of adventure as they drove across the USA from Alabama to race in California. Barry didn’t let the long trip wear on him at all, as he was the dominate rider in his class and won both day!
